I have been going to CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates since January My issues were with my left knee and partially torn left rotator cuff. From my initial consultation with Dr Holly and Dr Maddie through all my PT sessions they have truly made a difference with both my knee and shoulder pain. They take the time to explain every exercise and ensure your form is correct when performing each exercise. Additionally they also provide a home exercise program that is easy to follow with videos! I would highly recommend CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates

I recently took a beginning Pilates class at CJPT. It was challenging and rewarding. The instructors are very knowledgeable and good teachers. Everyone got individual attention and guidance doing each exercise. Alternative approaches were given, which allowed each of us to achieve success. Thanks for a great class! It was very worthwhile. I have referred pain in my right groin due to hip arthritis. It is in a stage now that made me notice it and that I also have some restricted movement, as in much less interior rotation. So walking was OK, but I felt it, so I didn't like that much. I was told by my PC, that at my age it is common, and to just "get a shot" when it hurt too much. I went away from that appointment feeling quite disheartened, as I have a bleeding disorder and shots and surgery are risky. Luckily I discovered this amazing practice! Everyone is super friendly and personable. I started working with Holly, who is a superstar and has me on a program of exercises that are already helping, but you need to commit to doing them! I have also had Todd work on me ,and he is also amazing , and is a mechanical back specialist. Together, they are improving my mobility and quality of life in my daily activities!
