Dr Wachtler was Well spoken, very knowledgeable and personable! He handled my daughter’s fear of needles with the greatest care. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly. We both felt well taken care of! Highly recommend Dr Wachtler!

The office is very communicative prior to appointment, but the receptionist is blatantly unpleasant, both over the phone and in person. Never in my life have I had somebody ignore me for five minutes after I greeted them, nor have I had a healthcare employee be so disrespectful and condescending to me. When I was handed a pen to sign my paperwork, it had some kind of slimy substance on it, which is a bit alarming for a medical environment. The nurse was pleasant, understanding and very effective in her communication. After the intake questions, I had to wait for the doctor for twenty minutes. The doctor is extremely pleasant to work with, culturally sensitive and understanding. He is an active listener and is excellent at addressing the patient's concerns. He is an effective and efficient communicator and a brilliant problem-solver, truly a blessing. It aches me that the receptionist's poor customer service overshadows Doctor Wachtler's expertise.
