I had a really great experience at Peak Spine and Sports. The office is clean and welcoming, and the entire team made me feel comfortable from the start. Dr. Brian Brown was patient and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to my concerns and ordered an MRI, which I appreciated. The results confirmed his diagnosis, which gave me a lot of confidence in his expertise. I especially want to thank Lexi and Helen. I had some confusion about insurance and billing, and Lexi was incredibly kind and thorough in following up with me. Then Helen, the office manager, personally called to let me know I didn’t have a copay. That level of follow-up truly touched me. They both made me feel taken seriously and genuinely cared for. Overall, I felt very well supported and would absolutely recommend Peak Spine and Sports.

I can’t say enough good things about this practice! Brian is one of the most caring doctors I’ve met. He explains everything thoroughly and in layman’s terms. He will revisit anything you don’t understand. He’s uses a very proactive approach to treatment and follows up along the way with check ins. My daughter has been seeing him for quite some time and I’m never disappointed with his response and recommendations. He genuinely thinks through her issues and provides several options for treatment. This is a small practice and it reminds me of the mom and pop culture that used to exist between a doctor and his patients! We are glad to have found him!

I've had a fantastic experience with Peak Spine so far. After total frustration with Rothman who do not want to deal with pain in any type of holistic matter, attempt to make the appointments with you as quick as possible, and listen to you very little, and then an experience with Penn where the doctor responds to you weeks after your message in the Portal, it is so refreshing to have a medical office that really cares about you getting out of pain. There is not an immediate solution in resolving pain that can have multiple causes and multiple possible remedies. We have gone down that resolution path and have made progress. After several types of injections, I think that a nerve block may be working to a greater extent, and that indicates future treatment. They also suggested highly individualized PT. The appointments with the Physician Assistant are friendly, in-depth, and there is real listening to you the patient there. They have a good relationship with nearby surgery centers to have injections under proper monitoring. They do not push unnecessary treatment or you towards potentially dangerous treatments like invasive surgery or opioids. This is a good office. I'm glad I trusted the Google reviews, and the staff has made me feel valued and like we are going towards a solution in each interaction.
