Revive Spine and Pain Center

I have been dealing with low back pain for about 20-25 years. I tried injections and even had L4,L5 and S1 fused. That only made things worse. More injections and ablations to the point that both hips needed to be replaced at 47 years old. I could literally put my finger on the pain spot all these years. It was my SI joint all along. Dr. Rizcalla confirmed firmed this and he talked to me about an outpatient SI fusion which is somewhat new. The previous options for this surgery required almost three months downtime which as a business owner was not an option. I decided to pull the trigger on the surgery. Best thing I ever did! I woke up with no pain on right side at all. Put it off to procedure meds but Saturday was the same! I am a little over two weeks post surgery and still no pain on right side! I am blown away and can’t wait to get left side done! I own an auto body shop and am hard on my body. I do things I shouldn’t but business needs to move on. I am really looking forward to this summer for once! Thank you to everyone at Revive that was involved, especially my sister in law Shannon who pointed me in this direction. Life changing is an understatement! Thanks again!

I rate my experience outstanding. Dr. Rizkalla was very professional and went out of his way to explain my problems and treatments available. My pain reduction after my treatment was almost immediate and this being day 2 is even better. All the staff were very customer service oriented. Dr. Rizkalla is very thorough when it came to explaining to me what is happening with my back pain. He showed me my imagines and explained why I have the pain I am having. I felted comfortable moving on to my next steps with my treatment. I would recommend Revive to anyone for help with back issues.
