Dr Christina is phenomenal. I originally sought out Dr Christina because I struggling with postpartum depression, hair, skin and nail issues and fatigue. In just two sessions, Dr Christina has changed my life and resolved the issues that I had been dealing with two years! I wish I had found Dr Christina sooner. I was astounded by the rapid results I received in such a short period of time. Then my son was attacked and had multiple dog bite wounds, Dr Christina helped my son’s wounds heal naturally. Within one day after seeing her, my son’s wounds were sealed, swelling dramatically reduced and he was in much higher spirits. Dr Christina isn’t just knowledgeable and professional, she is so caring and compassionate. She is the epitome of a kind, loving, knowledgeable doctor.

I never thought I would be getting acupuncture - I really hate needles. Physical therapy was making my wrist injury worse, so my doctor recommend acupuncture. I was skeptical at first, but I had heard great things about Dr. Christina at Alternatives For Health. Dr. Christina is such a kind and calm person that when I first met her, I was instantly at ease. She is very knowledgeable in her craft, offers reasonable expectations from the start, and has genuine concern for her patients. She started off slowly, let me know before she started or changed anything, and asked for feedback to make sure I was comfortable. The inflammation in my wrist was down significantly after a few sessions, and my pain has gone from a consistent 8 to 0 after a couple of months treating of my complicated injury. She also successfully treated a random separate issue with leg numbness through acupuncture as well. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Christina to anyone!

When I started seeing Dr. Christina Checinski I had a very stiff neck & it was painful to move it. After seeing her regularly over the several months there has been significant improvement in the motion and flexibility in my neck and back - and my golf game has never been better.
