Nextron was given to me by my subscriber not by choice. The nurse manager Janice has zero customer service skills. You can tell she is only in it for the money and not because she truly loves what she does, meaning helping patients. My nurse Lisaldi was set to arrive at 12pm. She was an hour late. She did not send me a text to let me know she was going to be late. I give her personal parking when visiting my home. She doesn’t have to look for a parking space. Long story short because she was late my line came out. They are trying to say that I was being non compliant but I will be vindicated. That is not how the story went. They say they offer 24/7 personalized care but whenever I would send my nurse a text she would silence her notifications. But I am a strong believer in everything happens for a reason and I am sure the next company will be much better for me. Also, you would think the pharmacy knew which bag I was using right? No, mine was hanging by a thread and after sending me 3 incorrect bags the 4th bag was the right bag. Do you think this may have played a role in my line coming out? ABSOLUTELY!!! I will be vindicated in the end of all of this. Thanks Nextron for providing the highest level of service to your patients, well for others at least, not for me. Julie is also very unprofessional. A few months after this review was posted I have officially been dismissed by the company and reason being I did not pick up the phone to confirm my delivery and had to reschedule my appt with my nurse because of a blood clot in my lung. I ended up in the ER and spent Thanksgiving there thanks to Julie and their wonderful team. Do NOT give this company business. They just earned themselves a spot in my medical malpractice lawsuit for pain and suffering. Thank you Nextron for making me spend Thanksgiving at the hospital with two young children at home. The nurses just do as they are told. It’s not their fault.

The back office part of the company sometimes has issues, but they genuinely care and do their best to make things right when problems arise. You just have to be a little proactive with them.
That said, I want to give a huge shoutout to two absolutely outstanding nurses from Nextron — Margie and Dawn. These two are truly a cut above, and I can’t say enough good things about either of them.
Margie was my original nurse, and from the very beginning, she set the bar incredibly high. Her kindness, professionalism, and deep knowledge made every visit comfortable. She has such a calming, confident presence — you just knew you were in the best hands. When she relocated, I was honestly nervous about the transition.
But then came Dawn — and wow! Somehow, I got lucky twice. Dawn picked up right where Margie left off and has been nothing short of amazing. She’s warm, attentive, incredibly skilled, and always makes me feel cared for on every level. She has incredible compassion. It’s clear she loves what she does, and it shows in how she treats me. She brings not just competence, but heart, to everything she does — and that makes all the difference!

Well I had to have an IV of an antibiotic after a hospital stay. While the iv was covered by Medicare the supplies were not. They always included heparin with the supplies even tho I told them I did not need it. They charged my cc for the supplies then 2 mo the later get a bill for them. This is still not resolved after many phone calls. Long story short product and service 5 stars ut billing 0 stars.

Nextron I would not recommend ever working with this company, they were discriminating to me because of medications my doctors had prescribed and my religion . My nurses were amazing and I’m forever grateful to them. the company itself I wish I could sue on so many levels. Specifically the Columbia Liason’s and all the top managers , nurse managers etc . Never work with this company , the pain they put me thru is unimaginable.
I was left for months without lifesaving care because of their discrimination.

Previously I was having my infusions done at the hospital for the past 2 years. I was very nervous about the transition but it has been amazing. I love my nurse! She is very experienced, compassionate and down to earth. Never had a problem getting my iv started (which was always a problem at the hospital). She has been excellent with my pets (2 large dogs). Something that took 8 hours at the hospital, now takes about 2 hours at home. No traveling, all your comforts of home plus having your pets love - you can’t go wrong. The medicine along with all the supplies needed are shipped to your door a few days prior. I have never had a problem of being short on supplies as I read in another review. My experience with the office girls have been great as well. Thanks Nextron!
