Dr. James Gaeta

I really wanted to go to this practice as I heard many good things about their therapy treatments, and have heard how it has helped people like myself who have terrible knee pains from years of working on my feet. However, after receiving one of the rudest interactions with a member of their team when I was there (I think her name was Holly?) I will never go back. I had asked her questions about their treatments and was not only responded with an eye roll, but was snapped back with "the doctor will go over everything with you in the room." I was left to feel stupid for even asking and unwanted. Once I met with the doctor, I was already set against coming here for further treatments, although he seemed knowledgeable. Who knows how they treat their front desk team for them to behave this way?

Initially, I was seen by Dr. Mitchell and on the 2nd/3rd apt, I was seen by Dr. Ryan as Dr. M was out for the day. Needless to say, both Drs were amazing. I needed some adjustments and relieve on my chronic back pain and they did just that. I haven’t been back since I’ve felt better, but the next time this chronic pain is back, I’ll know where to go!! All the other staff members were great as well; polite, friendly, and very accommodating!

I receive my treatments from Dr. Ryan in West Deptford. He and the entire staff are awesome in every way! When we first met, I was unsuccessfully trying to manage two separate problems that affected each other (bulging disc in lower back and a knee that was nearly bone on bone). I was frustrated because I had already been through everything 2 major orthopedic practices could offer me for treatments including having meniscal root repair surgery and after all that they both told me I still needed to have a full knee replacement on the same knee. I lost all of my independence and was essentially confined to my home sitting down most of the time. For less than the price of lunch, I had my initial consultation and treatment to both my back and knee and left empowered with more knowledge and understanding of how I could treat these conditions and improve my health and quality of life. My back felt better immediately after the first treatment and I’ve shown steady improvement with both conditions to the point of being completely pain free as I write this review. I got my life back by opening my mind to things I initially couldn’t understand and by trusting in Dr. Ryan and team - AND YOU CAN TOO!
