Terrible and unprofessional. The dentist office called me an hour before my appt to cancel and made me wait 2 weeks for the reschedule of appt and then cancelled again my appt that was rescheduled and didn’t even call me to cancel. The reply I received for both cancellations was that the Dr was running behind that day. I explained both times that I have pain in my tooth and have been suffering for weeks with tooth pain and waiting for this appt. They didn’t care at all.
