I started seeing Dr Z in September 2025, on a recommendation of a friend. Dr Z was the first practitioner to actually listen to me and hear me. She’s patient and kind, and always takes time with her patients. Dr Z curates a plan for each individual under her care. In the last ~5 months of working with her, my body is reacting positively and I’m feeling like myself again. The entire staff at the office is accommodating and knowledgeable too.

What a Difference this hormone therapy has made! I completely recommend it and Dr.Z is not only very knowledgeable but very thorough with all of your overall health and wellbeing. I’ve been working with Dr. Z for 6 months now and I feel like a different person since starting HRT under her supervision. Her approach is highly individualized and she really takes the time to get to know you and your situation. Unlike some doctors, she doesn’t just want you to feel “okay,” she wants you to feel great, which I really appreciate! Everyone on the staff is lovely to work with. Highly recommend.
