I had gone to Dr. Kane 2 years ago for a fractured hand. I was very satisfied. Recently went back for an elbow issue. I was given an appointment two weeks out. Went to the appointment and was suddenly told that the practice no longer accepted my insurance. Incompetence by his office for not indicating this prior to providing an appointment. This only delayed getting my elbow looked at, and the problem being medically taken care of. Not very professional.

I had a really poor experience here. First anytime I called the listed phone number the people answering were often rude and even hung up on me. When I had appointments here it took about an hour to be seen each time. I found one nurse was rude and gave me an attitude because I didn’t bring in a physical CD result, like they couldn’t just login and pull them up on the computer (and no one said I needed to bring in a copy of the CD). Dr. Kane sent me for a few tests, but they were not thorough and he diagnosed me incorrectly. He had me spend money on PT and a wrist widget that did nothing for my pain but potentially make it worse. I saw another doctor who sent me for a MRI and stated I need surgery for two tears in my wrist. I don’t feel like my pain was believed here or that this doctor sent me for all the proper tests. No part of my experience here was good and I wouldn’t recommend this office or Dr. Kane

Dr Kane is a skilled surgeon who goes the extra mile to ensure positive results for his patients! He is kind and caring. His bedside manner is non-hurried and truly wants what is best for his patients. A truly Great experience I had with Dr Kane and his staff!
