I visited once for myself and even if cold therapy didn't turn out to be my thing, the service was excellent. Came back with my daughter for skincare and the treatment as well as the service was excellent. I am certainly a fan now and would highly recommend spoiling oneself with a visit. The relaxing atmosphere is top notch and the highest selling point of the place. Plus great staff

Absolutely incredible! Niya (I believe that is the spelling of her name) was super friendly, informative, patient, kind, and energized. I had my first cryotherapy session with leg compression. The machine dips down to -150° Fahrenheit. I was in there for 3 minutes listening to a song of my choice on Spotify (over the head headphones). After changing, I sat in the leg compression chair. The chair reclines and is cozy. As soon as I sat down, Niya offered me a complimentary tea or water. They have a beautiful variety of teas; I recommend the blackcurrant beauty tea (nice and fruity). The first session is free! I highly recommend this establishment!

Traveling from New York for a sporting event for my kids wanted to find a quick Cryo therapy and was so happy with the service we received. The owner John was great and Avery was informative and kind! Highly recommend!! Hoping my kids kick butt tonight too.🥶🙃
