I am so glad to be receiving chiropractic care from Dr. Rumley at Kayal in Ramsey. She takes her time and really listens to me. She thoroughly explains what she is adjusting and what I can expect. I have already noticed improvements to my back pain and headaches, and even to my stress management and mental health. Everything feels lighter and freer and I’ve only had three adjustments so far! She is fantastic. My mind is blown! Dr. Ronna is equally wonderful: during my appointment with her she treated me like a person rather than a patient and considered my symptoms within the context of my entire body, not just my feet. And the office staff are lovely. They are kind and are always smiling and go above and beyond to ensure an organized, timely experience. As a healthcare professional myself, I feel like I am receiving the same conscientious care that I strive to give my own patients. I would highly recommend this awesome crew!

Dr Khaled is an amazing PT. He has helped us in multiple situations and we have gotten to 100% he is a trusted source and we drive about 45 minutes to see him. He is extradionary and excellent DR. I am so grateful for him! My husband is a police officer and has helped him with his injuries and healed at 100% as well. Super big asset to a field where people usually don’t help you. I've been doing Physical Therapy and Chiro here for a few months for my knees, back and neck. With that I can confidently say that I have never felt this good athletically in my wrestling career. Ashley Quiles (PT) and Elizabeth Rumley (Chiro) are the best and are always enhancing my treatment to up my performance. I'm so thankful for all the staff at the Ramsey location for not only getting me to 100% for the season, but also being fun to work with.
