I really like Dr. Main. Very calm and helpful. There is an open matter. We discussed my getting. Lithium level test but we did not firm up where/how I would get it. Please contact me about this.

I’m so glad to have found Labyrinth Psych and Eugene Otchere APN. Office and scheduling Staff are professional and helpful. Eugene offers hybrid medication appointments and I’ve had both with him. He is attentive, thorough, and includes me in the decision making in identifying what I need to improve and maintain my mental health. He doesn’t push medication, but explores how it may improve my quality of life. I feel heard by an expert prescriber and I am grateful.

I want to clarify that I have no concerns with my provider. Telatha has been excellent since I began care last year. My concern is specifically with the lack of communication from the prior authorization department and the front desk. Over the past year, I have repeatedly had difficulty getting responses regarding prior authorizations, often requiring multiple follow-ups. I have allowed reasonable time for these requests to be addressed; however, I also have experience completing prior authorizations using CoverMyMeds and know that these requests typically should be processed within 5–7 business days. Despite this, my prior authorization was not approved until September 2025, after attempts to initiate it in April 2025. My insurance has since changed, and I now require a new prior authorization for the same medication. I have left messages and emails since 12/23/25. While I understand holiday delays, as of 01/05/26 I have received no response or confirmation that my request is being worked on. I understand the office may be busy, but timely communication and updates are essential—particularly in a psychiatric practice where medication continuity is critical. I am very disappointed by the lack of follow-up and would appreciate prompt attention to this matter, as ongoing delays may require me to seek care elsewhere
