Oasis Mental Health Center in Fairfield, NJ is the place to go if you're considering TMS treatments. Everyone here is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. Any questions I had would always be answered. And the technicians - Sabina, Noel, and Sam - always made sure that I was physically comfortable during the treatments. Sabina and I would have conversations that would make the time pass quickly. She always offered valuable insights and encouragement, which enhanced each session. Susie PMHNP, helped me with managing the medications I was taking and was always available for questions and support. And Millie assisted me with getting my insurance coverage squared away. You will not find another place like Oasis.

I recently completed 36 sessions of TMS treatments at Oasis Mental Health Center in Fairfield, and I can confidently say this was one of the most supportive and healing experiences I have ever had. As someone who has struggled with treatment resistant depression, the environment and the people you meet during treatment truly matter, and this team is exceptional. Sabina is vibrant, energetic, and always greets you with a beautiful smile. Her positive aura lifts your mood the moment you walk in. She is very attentive, and during treatment she makes sure you are completely comfortable, always checking in and adjusting the helmet if needed. The 20 minutes would fly by because she communicates so naturally and makes the whole experience feel easy and comforting. Noel has an incredibly calm and peaceful personality. He creates an environment where you immediately feel safe and relaxed. He is always on top of things, whether it is adjusting the helmet, checking on discomfort, or putting on music to help you settle in. He has a great ability to sense what the patient needs. If you want to talk, he is there. If you want quiet, he gives you space. His calm energy is exactly what you hope for during treatment. Sam radiates peace the moment you see her. She has a gentle smile and is an amazing listener. You can talk to her for hours and she listens with genuine care. She offers thoughtful insights when you need them most, and her presence feels very therapeutic. Sometimes simply being heard makes all the difference, and she provides that in a very natural way. Susie is always available for any questions or concerns. She is knowledgeable, supportive, and consistently makes sure that you feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. One of the most thoughtful gestures is that they give you a certificate of completion at the end of your treatment. It is a wonderful reminder of your consistency and strength. Receiving it gives you a sense of pride and confidence inside. I will definitely be returning to this location for booster sessions next year. If you are considering TMS for treatment resistant depression, I highly recommend the Oasis Fairfield location. This team truly cares and they are exceptional at what they do. The TMS treatment has changed my life for the better. I am feeling normal again and back to living life! Special thanks to Noel and Shannon for being so supportive and helping me out through the treatment. It's clear that you genuinely care about your patients, going above and beyond to be great listeners and show true empathy and understanding!
