I entered the facility due to an unfortunate incident, seeking relief, and I am immensely grateful to Dr. etelzon and her team for facilitating that from the moment I arrived until I departed. The front desk staff delivered exceptional service. I cannot express my gratitude to the doctor and staff enough for all they have accomplished on my behalf. I will wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone I know.

Dr. Etelzon is great and did perform one injection, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience with the office was very frustrating. I was in pain and was given incorrect information by staff. Everytime I called I would get someone new on the phone and no one knew what was going on after SEEMS TO ME COMMUNICATION IS NOT GOOD I called multiple times I was not properly updated, and was misguided regarding my benefits. After my attorney contacted the office to clarify coverage and request scheduling since im in extreme pain AND CANT HANDLE IT he was told that I should seek care elsewhere which now I am and everything seems to be fine. Very disappointing communication and handling of the situation having to deal with the aftermath of a car accident isnt easy and you would expect campassion and empathy from staff members thats the least someone can do.

Went in after a car accident with back and neck pain and after 3 months I am feeling better the minute I walked in the office the front desk greeted me and we’re so Pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this place to family members and friends even people that I don’t know that will say that they’re in pain.
