I have been a patient at this location for over six months, and during that time I have never met with the physician. My initial visit was with a nurse, at which point I was prescribed medication. Since then, I have been unable to schedule a follow-up appointment, despite multiple attempts. Scheduling appointments or communicating with the physician has proven to be extremely difficult. Each month, I have had to call repeatedly to remind the office to send my prescription refill. On several occasion, I spent an entire week calling before the refill was finally sent, and not to mention skipping weeks with our taking the medication because of the delays. I was never able to reach anyone promptly. I do not typically leave negative reviews, but this ongoing lack of communication and follow-up has been very frustrating. Dr. Cheng really listened to my issues. He provided me with several options for treatment and eventually landed on surgery after trying the less invasive treatment. Overall I would recommend Dr Cheng to anyone.
