My only complaint was that I am extremely claustrophobic and took the Valium as directed but then was left waiting another 45 minutes. I was ok because the rest was only 10 minutes but I could feel it wearing off when I was in the MRI. If someone is taking medication they should not have to wait that long. Otherwise everything was good!

Nanci is a very skilled and comforting technician. I am highly claustrophobic and she eased those concerns with great care. The office staff was kind of stoic and the waiting room seemed dated but again, Nanci made up for those minor issues
