I had bad shoulder pain for a long time and Dr. Shen was very kind and really listened to me. He explained everything clearly and gave me an injection that worked. Now my shoulder feels so much better, I can move without pain again, and I can continue making my cakes again . Thanks so much Dr Shen!

Not sure where to begin. Dr. Shen and his team have been remarkable on many different levels. Their attentiveness towards patients is beyond compare. They are are compassionate, understanding, and treat everyone individually as if they were the only patient. Not like many doctors offices who rush between everyone. They have helped my journey on healing tremendously, and I would recommend them to anyone over and over again.

Have to say I have been seeing Dr. Shen for the past 8 years when I have an issue that requires pain management. The staff is extremely friendly and I have to say that Dr. Shen is very knowledgeable and listens carefully to the issues explained and brings solutions to help resolve the issues going on. Highly recommend to anyone who is having severe pain issues.

Dr Shen and the staff at Spine and Pain Specialty Care are amongst the best medical practitioners I’ve encountered. Dr Shen is attentive, astute, caring, compassionate, friendly, highly efficient, takes the time needed with each patient and is always up to date with the latest information regarding treatments, medications and conditions. I am the type of person that has been lucky to have found some amazing doctors in my life. Therefore the bar is set high when it comes to my assessment of doctors that treat me. He has all the qualities shared by doctors I have kept in my life for decades due to their excellent work ethic, attention to the patient, and my confidence in their treatment plan. He is now amongst just a handful of doctors that I plan to keep seeing in the future when his specific speciality is needed for my care. The staff in this office is extremely friendly, on top of their game, and a pleasure to deal with! Especially the one person I have dealt with the most, Anna, who is always so friendly, so very helpful, and gives you confidence that she knows all the ins and outs of every aspect of her job and the office. I know that if I have questions, need information given to the doctor, or assistance with details regarding my treatment plan, that she is someone I can always count on to get things done and get them done properly. The same can be said for every member of the medical team at Spine and Pain Specialty Care. I am so very grateful to them all for their service!
