I absolutely love this wellness center! The atmosphere is calming, clean, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. My favorite service by far is the infrared sauna—it’s incredibly relaxing and leaves me feeling refreshed, recharged, and lighter every time. It’s become an essential part of my self-care routine. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and you can really tell they care about your well-being. Highly recommend to anyone looking to invest in their health and wellness!

Trinova is super clean and the space is so cozy you never want to leave. I even brought my laptop and got work done between sessions because the co-working areas are so comfortable. I started with the compression boots and finished with the infrared sauna, and the combination left me feeling calm, refreshed, and fully recovered. Such a great addition to the area.
