My name is Dennise Williams, and I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience as a patient of Dr. Fechner, I felt compelled to share one. Dr. Fechner is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I initially began my care with Nurse Practitioner Sarah, who later left the practice, but once Dr. Fechner took over, everything went smoothly. He explained each step in detail and made sure I fully understood my treatment plan. He truly knows his field, and I highly recommend him. I am now approaching my transfer, and the process has been stress-free under his care. While there have been occasional back-and-forth misunderstandings with billing, any issues were resolved quickly, and I have only been responsible for my copays. Lisa and the nursing staff are also wonderful—supportive, professional, and attentive throughout the process.

We met Dr Cho August 2021 after failing to get pregnant on our own. We didn’t know what to expect but Dr. Cho put our nerves at ease since the first appointment. Every appointment and call he was always very thorough and explained to us our options regardless of whether it was something we wanted to hear or not. We really appreciated his honestly and truthfulness throughout this whole process. We started IVF cycles In March/April 2022 . Many failed attempts and not responding to medications as well , Dr . Cho always evaluated each cycle to see how he could improve our chances the very next cycle and changing protocols as needed. He not only helped us with planning our first child but also set us up on any future children with ensuring we knew all our risks . We did our transfer in December 2022 and got pregnant. What I loved about Dr. Cho is that he didn’t just rush for a transfer! He made sure he tried everything he could to optimize that transfer to its best chances. We got pregnant with our first baby and welcomed our son into the world in August 2023. We are so grateful for Dr. Cho , his knowledge , patience and optimism. The office staff had become like family during my time here. The nurses were always so patient and kind, the office staff always so welcoming. I would recommend URA Hasbrouck heights to anyone struggling to conceive. We thank the entire team for the journey and being a part of welcoming our baby boy into this world.

Laura is truly an exceptional phlebotomist. As someone who is a very difficult stick, I usually experience multiple attempts and significant anxiety during blood draws. Laura went out of her way to personally come in to draw my blood because the team was struggling to obtain it and she did so with patience, confidence, and compassion. Her skill, kindness, and dedication did not go unnoticed. She made a stressful situation feel calm and manageable, and she treated me with genuine care and respect. It is rare to find someone who combines technical excellence with such a compassionate bedside manner. She really deserves to be recognized. URA is extremely fortunate to have someone like Laura on their team. She represents the very best of patient-centered care, and I am so grateful for her. Thank you, Laura, for your kindness, expertise, and for going above and beyond by coming in on your day off. I am truly grateful.
