I had an amazing experience at VivLife Lounge and couldn’t be happier with my Botox results! Scarlett and Chris provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Scarlett is incredibly warm and welcoming—she made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to ensure everything was safe, clean, and done with care. She explained the process clearly and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Chris was also very professional and attentive. I truly felt I was in great hands. Highly recommend VivLife Lounge for anyone looking for excellent results and top-tier service! The place is so beautiful. I love all of the services they offer and can’t wait to come back.

I’ve visited VIV Life Lounge several times for IV therapy, and it’s been great every time. Chris greets you with a genuine, friendly welcome as soon as you walk in, and Scarlett is incredibly attentive, she explains everything clearly, makes sure you’re comfortable, and is informative without ever being pushy. What really stands out for me is how intentional and personalized the experience feels. I’ve enjoyed my experiences so much that I’ve recommended this location to friends. One even chose VIV Life Lounge to host her 41st birthday celebration. It was a beautiful, well-executed event and such a unique way to celebrate wellness with friends. I highly recommend VIV Life Lounge if you’re looking for an elevated, wellness-focused experience.

WOW! that’s the best way I can sum up everything offered at VIV! From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, it was a great experience! Gentleman at the front desk was polite and friendly. Scarlett was phenomenal AND very knowledgeable with what each treatment offers. Not to mention she is also one of the owners! I will definitely be going back to this amazing place for both the ambience and hospitality. I’d write more but I rather recommend you make your way there! :)
