Oasis has truly changed my life!!! 😭 After researching different facilities for ketamine (Spravato) treatment for YEARS, I’m so happy Google led me here. From intake through ongoing treatment, my care has felt intentional and individualized. The team takes the time to listen, communicate clearly, and ensure continuity of care. I’ve never felt rushed or overlooked. The care I’ve received has been thoughtful, structured, and clinically sound, while still being deeply compassionate and patient-centered. I’m in healthcare personally and they supersede my expectations everytime I have treatment. They are flexible, graceful and really listen to my needs and concerns. I have been receiving Spravato treatment at Oasis Mental Health Centers in Paramus for a couple of months now and so far my experience has been very positive. I can honestly say that from the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, calm, and thoughtfully designed for people who are already carrying a lot mentally. This alone makes a big difference. The staff are consistently kind, patient, and professional. I want to give special recognition to Mark, one of the technicians here. He stands out immediately. He has an exceptional depth of knowledge about the biopsychosocial drives behind depression, to the point where I initially assumed he was a doctor. From my very first session, he shared practical, insightful tips and tools for improving my overall mental well-being. Among many of the fascinating things we talked about are the 40hz gamma stimulation study done by MIT, the Ganzflicker experience using visual flicker, transcendental meditation, hypnosis and use of Virtual Reality. You always learn something new every time you speak with him. Many of his suggestions have stuck with me outside of treatment and have been genuinely helpful in day-to-day life. Overall, Oasis has been a positive and supportive place for my treatment journey. If you’re considering Spravato therapy and want a facility with a great atmosphere and staff, I highly recommend Oasis.

I'm currently finishing up my treatment and I have nothing but positive things to say, staff were very nice and always welcoming and the environment is calm and relaxing. As for the treatment itself I took the TMS option and it was a nice and controlled experience with great technicians always there to make sure the patients are doing fine and after about a week I started to notice improvements on my depression decreasing and it got better the more I kept visiting. Everyone I met is professional and makes the treatment feel safe, always. They ask questions and don't miss a thing. I recommend Mark, a great technician that always makes sure that the patient is having a safe relaxed session and offers plenty of advice as to how TMS treatment works. If you want to get treatment and have a good experience I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend Mark as the technician of the TMS session. His intellectual experience and knowledge of a variety of subjects makes it pretty fun and interesting every time during a TMS session. Highly recommend. If not there are other technicians that are great too overall.
