Listen. Lori is an absolute great receptionist. I’ll start there. But I’m sorry this was one of the worst doctor experiences I’ve had. I have been seeing dr. Gupta since early 2025 … At first I was just letting everything ride since I have never been in this situation before doing workers comp or anything. Dr Gupta started small with diagnostics and injections to figure out my pain. Not a big deal. As months lead on, and was still in a lot of pain and I saw her more occasionally, I realized I would be waiting 30-60 mins after scheduled appointments because dr. Gupta was not on time. Same for the injections, she would not be on time. And then it got to a point where I was 5 injections in, all different types of medications, she had me not going to Concentra any more but to her office for things she offered, I was still in so much pain I couldn’t walk straight. Asked for another MRI , was told it was not necessary since I took one months ago. Fast forward to going to the ER because I’m in so much pain. For them to take an MRI and find out IT HAS ONLY GOTTEN WORSE AND IS A BIGGER ISSUE NOW. so now I have to be recommended to a surgeon. So I’m pissed because if we had did the mri when I asked her for another one we would have found this sooner. Now I’m waiting another month for a surgical appointment THAT GOT CANCELED BECAUSE THEY DIDNT GET MY MEDICAL RECORDS! BOOKED THIS APPOINTMENT A MONTH AGO. and my medical records were never sent over to them. So now it’s cancelled. And I have to wait again. I have tried to be patient. I have run out of meds. I call on a Monday and I hear nothing about them until I call on Friday to find out what’s going on, to then find out dr. Gupta still hasn’t approved them. This office is run lazy. It doesn’t matter what time your book your appointment you will be taken care of way later then that. Sometimes I hate the way the dr. Speaks to her receptionist staff as well. As if they aren’t people too. Every other week I feel like dr. Gupta is out of state or country. And it’s like HOW ARE YOU MY DOCTOR WHEN I CANT GET AHOLD OF YOU… YOUR NEVER ON TIME… I mean Jesus I have 7 injections I went through and not one helped. I’m at a loss for words.

Dr. Gupta treated my severe back and leg pain with medication and injections. I was unable to walk when I first visited the office and now, after Dr. Gupta's treatment I am pain free and fully mobile. Laurie and the office staff professionally arranged all required insurance paperwork and made all appointment scheduling simple for me. I highly recommend Dr. Gupta to anyone seeking pain relief. Wonderful people work in this office. Sherry and Lorie are so helpful and friendly. Dr. Gupta is very attentive to your needs. She was able to diagnose my problem when 3 other doctors had failed. I highly recommend her.
