I can’t thank Dr. Umar and the entire team enough! I came in with a torn calf muscle — something that could have easily sidelined my work as a K9 decoy — and Dr. Umar fixed it effortlessly. From the first session, I could tell I was in the right hands. The recovery process was smooth, targeted, and faster than I ever expected. Within a short time, I was back to doing what I love — moving, training, and performing at full capacity. The level of care, precision, and expertise here is unmatched. Love Asylum and their team of great people! I kept putting off a pain I was having in my right glute, because embarrassing, and I figured it wouldn't get better. Finally stumbled across Asylum and decided to book a sport massage with Brad in April. I have been hooked ever since. Brad is super knowledgeable and uses all types of methods/technology and explains everything and the why behind it (it all sounds very good but I'm one of those "yeah yeah whatever YOU suggest as the professional and I'll just lay here and enjoy"). When I originally booked, I was a little confused about how to access the sauna and cold therapy- it is simply part of your visit if you come in which is a big bonus. I'm sure the video makes it obvious, but I am far from a bodybuilder and just proof that anyone can be seen at Asylum! I don't have any videos during my services but added the video to show what my cupping looks like a few days post service. I bruise very easily so my bruises likely look worse than the average but just being transparent. I can't recommend this team enough and going is an amazing investment into your current and future health and wellness.
