I’ve only had one appointment so far, but it was the best psychiatrist appointment I’ve ever had. Jennyfer made me feel seen, heard, and understood. I felt she was completely knowledgeable about different medication options and gave me the autonomy to decide what I wanted to try. I am excited to continue my medication management journey with her!

I am so happy that I was lucky enough to have come across Embrace Psychiatric Wellness in an online search. It is a blessing when you are able to find a practitioner who demonstrates genuine care about your mental health and is informative, professional and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Mariam Chandler, an APN at the practice, exhibits all these great qualities and more. I also had the pleasure of speaking to Melanie on the phone and she is a pleasure, answering any questions I had in a clear and precise way. I highly recommend Embrace! 👍

Spent some time seeking treatment here. It didn’t take long for them to let me know they could not help me, and that I needed to seek treatment through an outpatient center. Unfortunately, the medications we tried were limited, and we never went up to the full dosage to see if it would help. Additionally, other diagnosis were never explored. They introduced me to Genesight, which was great. However, later when I switched psychiatrists, the new psychiatrist pointed out that they had me on something that was damaging my kidneys. She discovered this using the same genesight testing copy that was sent over from Ebrace Pschiatrtic Wellness. I do feel like the departure from Embrace Psychiatric Wellness was also very dismissive. I did a follow up call after leaving to ask a question about the testing I had done with them, and never received a call back. I would not recommend coming here.

I tried this place after my prior provider became out of network, I gave this place a few shots and they disappointed at most every opportunity. The first appointment was telemedicine with an intern for an intake session, who didn't show up. They made things right by finding time for me with someone else later that day and said they'd waive the copay. When I explicitly said to their office manager that I don't want to see that they billed my insurance and see that I owe a copay because it would cause me anxiety as I'm closing on a house, they said it wouldn't happen. My fears happened exactly as I was worried, which I had to be on top of and get them to resolve. Then on the next appointment, it started 10 minutes late and I was encountering so many office policies that made medication management for me very prohibitive for my disability- their policy is to meet every time before prescribing medication, and a bridge prescription isn't conducive to my insurance since they'll treat it like I received a full 30 day supply, and obviously they'd need likely a week to schedule an appointment since short notice appointments don't work for them. Lastly, when I asked for them to sign paperwork for disability certification to open an able account so I could pay for treatment using those funds (requires more than an APN, like an MD or a DO), I was told it would be completed by a certain date, and when I called after that date to follow up, I discovered that the meeting didn't happen until later that day when I called again. I was met with "our office policy is..." Which would prevent their DO from signing the paperwork since he's not treating me. It's really frustrating and disappointing that they hide behind office policy to increase billing and gets on the way of their patient care, when they have the capability of changing their policy.

Invites you in right at scheduled appointment time and yet gives you all the time you need. Very friendly and concerned demeanor. Can’t say enough positive things about her. Listens and offers useful suggestions . Feel blessed to find Mariam.
