Agape Pain Management and Anesthesia

I copied and pasted a past review because it was spot on. I have no idea who's running that "CIRCUS". ' They are the most incompetent office I have ever seen. They couldn't or wouldn't be able to find their way out of a paper bag. Dr Williams is fantastic, but his front office is inc, lazy and unprofessional. From being made to wait over 1.5 hours. Failing to return multiple phone calls. Losing medical paperwork submitted to asking that I discontinue blood thinner medication on their own. I changed to another orthopedic surgeon and the difference from that office to Memorial Bone and Joint is like day and night.

Stay away from that crazy place! The Dr's still insist that their staff and clients wear masks. Totally ridiculous, I could see the stress on many of the staff because of it. I went just for a nerve block that my surgeon wanted, I couldn't get it on 1st visit, had to wait 3 weeks and of course pay another $45.00cofee After waiting and having to delay surgery, Dr Franklin injected it in the wrong place! That was $90.00 out of my pocket for nothing! I should get a refund.

Dr. Williams and his staff are the best in my many years of being his patient. He is thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable and excellent as are all of his office staff. He takes the necessary time to listen to his patients, so the few times I have had to wait, I know that he is assisting someone who needs his help more than I do in that moment. He shows grace to me, and I hope I do the same to him. He has always been respectful of my precious time. I would give him the highest rating!!
