About this clinic

WC Health, a ketamine and psychedelic-assisted therapy clinic in Las Vegas, offers Spravato (esketamine nasal spray) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for treatment-resistant depression and related mood and anxiety conditions. Spravato is a ketamine-derived therapy administered in-clinic under medical supervision, often used when conventional antidepressants have proven ineffective. TMS is a non-invasive neuromodulation approach that stimulates brain regions implicated in mood regulation. Both modalities are evidence-supported alternatives or adjuncts to pharmaceutical management alone. Treatment plans are individualized following an initial psychiatric evaluation. The clinic integrates these interventions within a broader mental-

Had an incredibly positive experience here during a very difficult time. The staff were kind, supportive, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel safe and understood. The environment was calm, structured, and exactly what was needed to get back on my feet. I’m leaving with more clarity and confidence, and I’m deeply grateful for the care I received. Highly recommend.

Apathetic, unprofessional, negligent, refused supervisor contact, lacks accountability. Put in pharmacy request Tues 12/30/25. Meds hadn't been submitted, though I had an appt on 12/4/25. Wed, Thurs, Fri calling/texting Welcare. They say they put it thru Fri 1/2. Go to pharmacy, they didn't. I ran out of meds. Started having withdrawals, realized I was dependent. Monday, asked for a supervisor. Female employees put each other on the phone, pretended they were managers. They pretended to put in request at pharmacy. Went to pharmacy Mon 1/5, they hadn't contacted pharmacy. I explained I was having nausea, vomiting, headaches, electrocution feeling in my body. I couldn't hear. I have other medical issues that were exacerbated by withdrawal symptoms. I was weak/ emotionally exhausted. They would put me on hold. Leave me there for 20 and 30 mins, saying they were resolving issue. Sometimes they'd forget I was on the phone, or they hung up on me. When asked for name and job title, they'd admit they were not a manager. 5th business day, 1/5, I explain I'm in excruciating pain. Details: vomiting, headaches, numbness, body aches, exhaustion, diarrhea, and headaches. Hoping for pity or empathy. At this point, begging for meds. They'd taken my dignity. They tell me it's my fault for not planning an appt for meds, again. Tell me my needs are not an emergency. I go to their website, look up who is over what department and ask for managers/ supervisors by name. They laugh and say the person isn't involved in day to day. Tuesday, 1/6: "Oh I see you have an appt. "your appt was cancelled. "we sent it in." Called pharmacy. They hadn't. Appt w/ refills submitted end of Nov 2025. Another 12/4/25 so the provider could be away at the end of Dec 2025. No Dec refill submitted. 1/6 was for jan 2026 meds. Mistakes happen, but seven days I went without meds until I went to the emergency room on 1/6 Tue. For 6 business days I was transferred around, ignored, teased, reprimanded, informed meds require an appt. It's my fault and not an emergency, because I didn't plan ahead. My glucose got too low, because I couldn't hold anything down, had diarrhea. At some point I cursed them out. The emergency room gave me a script for 14 days. Eventually Welcare wrote a script, not sure when the pharmacy notified me. 2/5/26- notified I had an appt with new provider. Asked for manager over prescriber program. Again. 3 women returned my call, all eventually admitted they were not supervisors. Then Prescriber Allen Parks had his medical assistant call me, rather than his manager as I had been requesting for over a month. Med assistant rude initially. Laid down law on script refill policy. Noting we needed to be on same page and they filled my prescription on 1/6. They did not, Welcare closes at 6pm. The pharmacy closes at 7pm. I went to the emergency room on 1/6 at 6 and begged them for meds before the pharmacy closed at 7pm. It was clear from her initial statements she'd been misinformed. After the assistant finished. I explained what happened. She apologized. Noted there must have been a mistake due to holidays. Then I pointed out how she was also not a supervisor. Allen Parks refused to let me speak to his supervisor. I have Medicaid. I'm often homeless. My phone number is a Google number in case my phone goes off. It was a huge struggle to keep getting to the pharmacy. What I realized during this process is that they care for a population of people without resources, or support systems. They treated me like trash because it is standard operating procedure. The people I see when I go in person; ask to use their phone, get brought in by buses, have addictions, severe mental illnesses they don't have the privilege of masking, and sometimes haven't bathed... So I'm not writing this for them, they aren't reading reviews. We accept whatever we get, usually without complaint. They are likely getting the same treatment I experienced, but when you are this low in the social order who do you tell? You. Thank you for reading.

Wyatt Clark NP changed my life in all aspects! I have seen so many psychiatrists and Wyatt is the only one I came across who actually listened to my concerns, never rushed me and not only gave me medical advice but also motivational and inspirational insights. He really, truly, puts you first. He is super cautious with meds (as everyone should be) and listens to every single detail you tell before ordering the correct dose of medications. Also checks up on you in a timely manner. Can’t say enough good things. Happiness is within you but he helps brings it out.
