I never thought I would go to a Chiropractor until I had terrible neck and shoulder pain that has been persistent for more than 6 weeks and my Primary said to either go to Physical Therapy or a Chiropractor, so I looked online and came across Syracuse Med and it seemed like everyone who has left a review seem to really like Dr Gardner and now I see why! I had to get a full spine Xray prior to being seen which was nice so he had time to review before our first visit. He sat down with me and went through the Xray and explained why I was having so many issues and then went through all my options. I've been there now a few times and can say he took a skeptic and turned my views around about Chiropractic care. I always thought about cracking, popping and ect and was not a fan of that, but his services are not that at all. Very gentle, thorough and careful. You can tell it brings joy for him to get his patients well in a careful manner....he's no pressure, no BS and i can appreciate that! Thanks Dr Gardner and Tina, you run a tight ship!

Dr. Gardner truly cares about patients total health and wellbeing. Dr. Gardner is sensitive to patients condition and feelings. I suffer with a herniated disc and Dr. Gardner's care has greatly improved my life. Dr. Gardner and Tina feel like family. I look forward to appointments because the treatments work and they are kind and caring. I can feel the difference with every treatment.

I have been going to Syracuse Medical since July 2022. The staff is both caring and helpful! I had been suffering for a year from both lower back pain, as well as sciatica. This was due to a herniated disc in my lower back. I decided to go and learn more about spinal decompression therapy. Prior to this, I had tried just about everything, with little improvement. I started spinal decompression therapy last summer and I completed 20 sessions of it by last September. I then began going for chiropractic work. I now go for this 1x a week and only do spinal decompression therapy once a month for maintenance. Dr. Gardner gave me my life back. I am no longer in excruciating pain. My pain is very minimal now, if at all some days. I was even able to return to the gym 4-5 days a week. I highly recommend Syracuse Medical if you are suffering from herniated disc pain. I am so grateful to them for everything!
