I have had a very positive experience with the Red light therapy I received at Glow Red Light Wellness Lounge in Bay Shore. Dawn, the owner is very knowledgeable about the benefits of red light therapy and has created a haven for relaxation and serenity. I have noticed positive changes in my overall health status. I am sleeping better, have more energy, and have noticed a decrease in body aches. The lounge is spotless and Dawn shares her knowledge about red light therapy so that each individual client can receive the optimal benefits based on their personal health status.
