I hired Dr. Brooke simply to “help me feel better.” After having kids and getting older, I simply wasn’t feeling like myself. Dr. Brooke ran testing on me and found out that I needed gut and hormone support. I started the protocol and I feel better than I have in years! My digestion is better, my sinuses have opened up, my belly is not bloated and I’m feeling more energetic. This is such a wonderful feeling! Dr. Brooke seriously knows her stuff and I highly recommend her. The amount of knowledge she possesses is impressive yet she breaks down the info for her patients to understand.

I have worked with Dr Brooke for several years now. I am always amazed at everything she knows and how right on she is with a diagnosis when I ask her about a symptom I am experiencing. I have Hashimoto and my quality of life has improved greatly since working with her! I am almost to my old self again! I really enjoy reading her blog posts and monthly emails, I always relate so much to them and end up sending them on to family and friends who also enjoy reading them! Dr. Brooke is a wealth of information, but she is able to convey this in such a way that you don't need to have a medical degree to understand it. She is vulnerable and relatable and I really appreciate that about her. The insights and information she sends out in her emails and blog posts have been life changing for me-Dr. Brooke is my go to resource for anything and everything to do with female hormones and how to be my absolute best self!!!
