City Integrative Rehabilitation

I have been seeing Dr Tom Otto for more than 15 years now. I no longer live in NYC but when I do, I try my best to make an appointment with him. He is truly a miracle worker. His approach is so much more than typical chiropractic care, which I’m not critical of since chiropractic care is what helped solve my chronic back issues. However, Tom takes it to another level. Instead of relying on a routine adjustment that a lot of chiropractic doctors lean to, he really listens to your concerns and tailors the treatment specifically to what causes you discomfort. He often employs some soft tissue work when necessary or new technologies that he has access to. Whatever he is doing, it works. Recently I came to him with an elbow injury that I suffered from for weeks, and after some tissue manipulation and electro stimulus he pretty much solved the issue for me. As a long time chiropractic patient I can’t tell you enough how Tom stands out from the rest. He won’t merely set up a long treatment plan that may sometimes be unnecessary, instead he gives you the treatment that is meant to solve your problems. The best!

Dr. Katz is amazing! On my very first visit he figured out exactly where my pain was coming from and explained it in a way that actually made sense. He’s super professional, knowledgeable, and at the same time really kind and easy to talk to. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I’ve learned so much about my body just from a few visits and feel way better already. Highly recommend!

I’ve been doing shockwave therapy here for the past two weeks and I feel like I have a brand new foot and ankle. Dr. Justin makes the treatment experience all things educational and comfortable, and I’m excited for my next session.
