About this clinic

Integrative Spine & Sports, located on the Upper West Side in New York, offers platelet-rich plasma therapy, bone marrow aspirate injections, and shockwave therapy for musculoskeletal pain and sports injuries. The clinic combines these regenerative modalities with IV hydration support and a multidisciplinary team including pain-management physicians and chiropractic care. Treatment plans are individualized following assessment, and the practice emphasizes orthobiologic approaches to chronic back pain, joint conditions, and soft-tissue injury rather than pharmaceutical or surgical intervention alone. Patients receive integrated care coordinating regenerative injections with supportive therapies and hands-on treatment as clinically indicated.

I can't say enough as to how incredibly helpful Dr. Williams has been for my back issues. When necessary he's also suggested physical therapy and introduced me to Ali- a PT on staff. Ali is a gem as well. I highly recommend them both.

I only wish that six stars or more was a possibility. I have been a patient of Dr. Markos for the last few months; his compassion and genuine concern for patients is second to none!! There is never a long wait and his staff is always welcoming. Highly recommended

Dr. Williams is great at what he does, but he simply does not care. All appointments while they made me feel a little better, felt rushed and every time he would tell me something completely different because he couldn't be bothered to check or remember anything about my records or chart. I was initially told my treatment would be done in 30 days. After 30 days and imaging, I was sent to out of network physical therapy which cost me a lot of time and money. After 5 months of this, I felt worse and I was sent to yet more imaging. I had to call several times to even get my results back and when speaking to him he asked why I had imaging done again! You and the PT were the ones who suggested it?? He even completely forgot about the imaging he sent me to 5 months prior until I had to remind him. Is it that hard to read my chart/records?? And then he told me to just go consult a surgeon. The surgeon he referred me to spent 5 minutes with me and didn't explain anything. I am now doing my own research and going to see someone else. So much time wasted and I feel exactly the same as I did 6 months ago, possibly even worse.
