Rachel was always incredibly supportive and genuinely cared about my well-being to the point where I felt like I made a new friend. I struggled with post-menopause symptoms and had tried multiple approaches before, but she understood what I needed and helped me reach my goals. I felt great throughout the process. She constantly checked in. She consistently emphasized the importance of proper nutrition, especially protein intake and actually eating enough, which made a huge difference.
