Working with the team at Peakbrain is hands down one of the best investments I’ve ever made- Dr. Hill and the team (shoutout to Monica and the rest!) are some of the most knowledgeable and kind hearted people I’ve ever met.
I came to Dr. Hill through a recommendation from my functional medicine doctor. I was battling depression, severe brain fog, sleep disorder, and overall anxiety and inattentiveness. The results I’ve seen over the last 12 months are nothing short of a miracle (always knew I was brilliant but did my ego good to hear it from a professional 😜)
I’ve learned from them as they continue to modify the protocols for very specific targeted concerns. I get daily support from them via Slack and love that I can ping questions back and forth to troubleshoot in realtime.
Neurofeedback is a fascinating tool and it’s much more empowering as you learn to understand what is happening between your own two ears, and to gauge the difference after each session. It takes 30 min/ day - and beyond that, they share how best to support yourself and have context for what you are experiencing.
In addition to the neurofeedback, Dr Hill has several resources (and a new book coming soon) for supporting yourself through things like meditation, daily habits and ways to structure your day to support Circadian rhythm.
Working on your mental health and cognitive abilities is less of a sprint, and more of a marathon, but the impact thusfar has been life changing. My friends and family are amazed- it’s data driven and I love that it gives you the opportunity to measure your progress across certain areas (like exec functioning, mood, sleep, social, creative thinking).
Cannot thank the Peakbrain team enough!
I cannot say enough good things about my neurofeedback journey at this institute. When I started Neurofeedback 6 months ago, I was stuck in a loop with talk therapy and wanted to try something that could actually address my concerns on a somatic level, helping me embody the changes, as opposed to trying to learn and institute them from my conscious mind. I knew I had harmful patterns but I just couldn’t unlearn them. I had heard neurofeedback could help me feel better, but I had no idea just how profoundly it would reshape my mind, my nervous system, and honestly, my life.
From the very first QEEG brain map, it was clear that Dr. Hill and the team deeply understood the science, the process, and the emotional landscape of healing patterns that once felt like rigid realities. Dr. Hill is not only brilliant and deeply knowledgeable. He also has a rare combination of clarity, warmth, and genuine care for his clients. He explains everything in a way that makes you feel empowered and hopeful. He listened to my feedback to give finely tuned tweaks to adjust to my concerns. He also indulged my many questions. You can tell immediately that he’s devoted to helping people heal at the deepest level, and that he genuinely loves what he does.
And then there’s Monica, who administered my neurofeedback three times per week in the New York office and became such a grounding force through the entire process. She is warm, intuitive, patient, and consistently encouraging. I always felt safe with her — even on days when my nervous system was all over the place. Like Dr Hill, she made sure that each session was designed exactly to fit my needs. She celebrated my wins, reassured me when my brain was recalibrating, and genuinely cared about my progress. Having someone like her guiding the sessions made all the difference.
The process itself was surprisingly gentle and easy. Neurofeedback doesn’t require any effort on the recipient’s end: you just sit, breathe, and let your brain learn. But the effects build quietly and powerfully. Over time I noticed:
• rumination slowing down
• more clarity and focus
• fewer emotional spikes and a profound increase in emotional regulation
• my brain’s processing power increasing meaningfully (reading speed increasing 5x)
• real, steady, embodied calm
• the ability to bounce back from stress so much faster
The changes happened gradually: every quarter, my QEEG maps showed clearer, healthier patterns, and I felt those patterns in my day-to-day life. It’s one of the only therapies I’ve ever done where the progress is both visible on the screen and in my life.
If you’re even remotely considering neurofeedback, I cannot recommend this place enough. It has been one of the most transformative, stabilizing, empowering experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Hill and Monica have been extraordinary guides, and I am genuinely grateful for how they’ve helped me reclaim my nervous system and my peace.
Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. Peak Brain has genuinely changed my life!

Neurofeedback helped me focus better, feel calmer and manage daily life without the struggles I had before. The entire team was very supportive and responsive through the entire process (not just the beginning). I personally think that finding people who care that much about their clients is worth every penny 🙏

I've been training with Peak Brain for close to two years now, and its been instrumental in helping me deal with trauma and sleep issues. I've found that neurofeedback can help with a wide variety of issues such as focus and social function, but you have to be explicit about that, and be aware that having multiple goals can take longer to accomplish. Monica, who runs the NYC office, is very kind and calm, on top of being very on top of things. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone seeking to improve their brain function.

I've had an amazing experiencing working with Dr. Andrew Hill, Monica, and the rest of the Peak Brain team. I've been training to address anxiety, remnants of a decades-old fight with depression, and to improve my mood, energy levels and optimize my performance. I did 3 months of training in 2023 and signed up for another 3 months in 2024, and although I've been training remotely at home, Dr. Hill and his team are pretty much always around to quickly get back to me, answer any questions that I have, or hop on a quick video call to assist me. I occasionally visit the NY office for periodic QEEG scans, and Monica, who is based there, is extremely kind, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Dr. Hill is extremely knowledgeable and video calls with him are always enlightening, and while there's a lot of information to process, he shares recordings of the calls which help tremendously to review what was discussed. He's also always around for 15 minute chats as well to catch up, answer questions and make any adjustments to the training program. Neurofeedback has been a blessing, something that I wish was around / I knew about 20+ years ago, and much of my success and progress has been due to help of Dr. Hill and his team.
