I went in feeling awful, and they completely restored me! The IV drip reset me back to feeling like myself again. Huge thanks to Hannah M, who took such amazing care of me , she made me feel totally safe and at home. even though I’m terribly afraid of needles, the nurse jimmy was super gentle and I didn’t even felt the pinch!

The membership set up makes no sense. It’s very scammy. I have 15 credits saved up thinking I’d be able to build a proper iv with the credits not only get two ingredients but they only let you get two ingredients and then you have to pay more. Why have credits if you can’t use them to build a full iv drip. Everytime I come in order to get the ivs I’ve been getting for years other places I now have to spend over 100 dollars in addition to the monthly fee. I’ve already paid hundreds of dollars so why am I having to spend more in order to get a good quality drip. Terrible and flawed system. I’m gonna lose a lot of money when I go to cancel too because they only give you 30 days to use everything if you cancel instead of the 100 days you normally have to use them (which I also had no idea about till another location informed me a couple weeks ago) I didn’t even get the membership agreement till the other location a couple weeks ago Not happy with my purchase. Employees are nice but the system is flawed.

I visited this location during a recent trip to NYC. The facility is very nice & everyone was friendly! I will definitely be going back for my cryo fix the next time I’m in the city!!!
