They are an excellent medical facility with full staff. Their FUE hair transplant is done with twilight anesthesia to be gentler on the body and improve recovery time. When I complained of soreness a week later, the physician booked a free appointment for me to see him the same day and get it checked out. There is even a comp PRP session thrown in! You can text back and forth with the front desk for scheduling. They are very accessible. This is the best overall hair restoration center in NYC.

The practice, Dr. Stoller and his staff are very empathetic and very understanding. All my questions were answered before I began treatments at his center, which included PRP and medications. It did slow my hair loss down, but eventually, I elected to have hair restoration surgery. I could not be more happier with the process and the staff. Dr. Stoller particularly took his time to explain things and never made me feel rushed in making a decision." The day of the procedure, I met Shawana, Jose, and Genesis, who assist him in the surgery. Dr. Stoller is all hands-on and was involved throughout. I hear that other practices don't always have doctors involved, which is questioning how someone can have a medical procedure and not have a physician involved and on site. "it's been two years, and I'm really happy. I continue to have PRP treatments, and I'm now considering exosomes. I cannot recommend this practice more highly. My recommendation to people looking for hair restoration services is to do your homework and make sure that you are going to physician-run practices. If a physician doesn't meet with you, there is an issue.
