Did not work out well for us. Practitioner has rough bed side manner which clashed with my daughter’s needs when deeply depressed. Fear of needles and infusion made it hard. Did not finish past 4 treatments and depression got much worse during the course of it. Avoid if you need someone gentle.

If you are struggling with depression and the medication isn't working, the amazing people at Upstate Ketamine will do their best to help. I have received amazing care from everyone there. I cannot more highly recommend them and feel I have a new lease on life.

I had/ have the best experience here. Everything is above board and very professional. The procedure is explained well ahead of time and you know what to expect. Most importantly, if you haven’t done this before, it works. I have major depression and have not a fall season where i was even remotely happy since i was 10 years old ( I’m 55 ). I had my first good fall right after I started with Ketamine. There is help!
