My sister and I did a 45 minute red light sauna session and it was amazing! Beautiful facility and you have the room to yourself so you can enjoy the sauna and come in and out as you need to.

My husband and I went here for a sauna session with red light therapy and also did the cryo chamber. It was absolutely amazing! My inflammation has definitely decreased and I just feel more relaxed overall! We will definitely be back 😁
