My husband and I are in our 70s and we are always looking for ways to improve our health. We went to Heather at Alinea to train us on our Pilates Reformer. Heather personalized our training and we have learned so much from her. She is energetic, yet patient and understanding. I highly recommend her, as well as Alinea. We drive 35 minutes to go to this place even though there are places closer to us.

Andrew was a great person to work with. He made sure all my appointments worked around my schedule with my kids. He helped me get my appointments I needed to help me heal. He listened to my needs of what I needed done. Alinea is a very nice place always clean, it’s well maintained. I highly recommend anyone to go here.
