About this clinic
Pain Relief of Dayton, a regenerative medicine clinic in Dayton, Ohio, specializes in orthobiologic joint injections for chronic musculoskeletal pain and sports-related injuries. The practice offers platelet-rich plasma therapy and prolotherapy alongside trigger-point injections, with treatment selection individualized to each patient's condition and imaging findings. These regenerative modalities support tissue repair and may reduce inflammation in joints and soft tissues, providing an alternative to purely symptom-management approaches. The clinic serves patients throughout the greater Dayton area who seek to address underlying structural dysfunction rather than rely on pharmaceutical pain management alone.
Effective Pain Relief with Professional Care
I have been very satisfied with my experience at Pain Relief of Dayton. The staff is friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive, which helps put you at ease during appointments. The process is efficient, with minimal waiting and clear communication about each step. The team shows genuine care and attentiveness, taking the time to listen and explain treatment options thoughtfully.
Most importantly, the pain management approach has provided meaningful relief that has improved my daily comfort and mobility. I appreciate the individualized attention and would recommend this practice to others seeking help with chronic pain.

Love Dr B and all the staff! My ortho doctor did not offer some of the options for pain management that Dr B has and I’ve been able to delay my full knee replacement as a middle age person. Highly recommend

I don’t know what’s wrong with Ohio pain management but geez it’s impossible to find a doctor that actually cares. Just moved from Fl to Ohio and have been seeing a pain management doc for 6 years. I am not a patient here but I just called to schedule a new patient appointment. The receptionist explained that they only do steroid shots there (didn’t even ask medical conditions). But I do find that his response was quick and effective unlike other offices. I’ve had over 10 surgeries bc the military screwed up the first one. Every doctor here wants to do more surgeries or shots. I’m not a huge fan of opioids either but it’s the only thing that’s helped with the pain. So 3-5 stars for being quick, direct, effective. I wouldn’t be opposed to shots but if that’s all they can offer then I’ve been there and done that with my previous pain management doc.

Dr. B was very careful about explaining everything to me, which is of the utmost importance to a scientific person like myself. The other thing that is drastically different between the way Dr. B went over my MRIs and X-rays with me and the way other doctors have done was astonishing. He saw things on my radiology that other doctors have seen but never noticed before. He had a good idea of where to start and I'm very satisfied with my SI shots because he had the right idea. My pain has lessened a great deal and without pain killing drugs, which I've been anxious to avoid. I'll be returning to talk with Dr. B about my other pain issues and I'm confident that he'll be able to help using the most recent and advanced techniques. In addition, his staff is superior, professional and friendly. The office is quiet, nicely decorated and relaxing. I could not be more pleased and optimistic about being able to keep working well into the future, thanks to Dr. B's careful attention to the kind of detail we should all expect from our doctors.

I have had several lumbar and cervical epidural snd facet injections over the years. I have had no adverse reaction, the injections were expertly placed and have provided tremendous relief. They have kept me functioning. The staff there is wonderful and professional. Dr. Buenaventura also offers minimally invasive procedures that may stave off major surgery. I highly recommend Pain Relief of Dayton!
