This place has been life changing for me. Ketamine therapy has been a key reason I am alcohol free today, and no longer on antidepressants. Jan is the absolute best and I look forward to seeing her every time I come in. She always has the eye mask and blanket ready for me and helps me out if I ever run into any issues. I started coming here around 4 months ago, did the 6 sessions within 3 weeks, and have been coming back once every 4-6 weeks since then. (My first 2 sessions I didn’t use AirPods but now I bring them every time) I thought I had hit the peak of my journeys on these ketamine experiences but today, which I believe was my 9th session, I had an intense but also uplifting experience that made me walk out of today’s session extremely excited for my future in life. I also look forward to coming back here in about 4 weeks!

After years of trying countless medications and treatments, I was referred to Happier You. I had previously been on Spravado as the side affects for IV ketamine infusions had never been explained to me in a manner that I would properly understand. Both Tara and Jan were able to put me at ease which has resulted in the most successful treatment I have received to date. The are both kind and willing to answer any questions to help put you at ease. The space used is conducive to helping you relax and allow to receive all the benefits of the treatment. Happier You is truly a life saver and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for treatment especially when it comes to PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder as well as Treatment Resistant Depression.

I was apprehensive to try ketamine, nothing had worked and I didn’t think I needed one more person for my depression management - boy was I wrong! Having Jan at Happier You truly saved my life, and I am eternally grateful for the support and caring she has given me throughout . I have my life back and have a bright hope for my future, something I would not have without Ketamine treatment being accessible locally. The clinic is clean, warm, inviting and full of personal little touches here and there to add to your comfort (I love the little VW bus dresser). I had tried every antidepressant there is and nothing was working; those were dark days. From the start Jan was so supportive, caring, understanding and has really gone out of her way to make every experience calming, comfortable and reassuring. She remembers your little preferences, like which blanket you prefer, sound machine, eye mask etc. … anything to ease your mind and allow you to feel safe and relaxed during treatment. Everything at Happier You is all about YOU … they have truly thought of everything to make it comfortable to get ketamine treatment. No review would say enough about the positive impact Jan has added to my treatment circle and I am beyond grateful Tara and Jan continue to make Ketamine treatment available locally. I literally could not have imagined a better experience than the ones I have when I come here. The atmosphere is so cozy, and makes it easy to relax. Also, Jan is the sweetest most caring person I could hope to have to help me through this experience. Definitely recommend headphones and an eye mask for your first time :)
