By far, one of the BEST places for psychotherapy AND they offer Neuroptimal therapy/sessions, too. I've been seeing Marcia for several years and she is incredible and Helen just radiates positive energy. The space they have created is so peaceful and warm highly recommend!

The ladies here are pretty amazing! Cassie and Helen are true gems. I always look forward to my therapy Thursdays! Both of these beautiful souls provide a safe space allowing me to be myself unapologetically. They cheer me on giving me their valuable input. While celebrating with me on my journey. I am so grateful this is where I chose to seek help. They give me all I need to learn I can trust my perceptions and my approach to life. They are my perfect fit. I would highly recommend them both.
