Shilpika and her staff are AMAZING. As soon as you walk in the door you are already experiencing ZEN, that they create. Shilpika is extremely caring and knowledgeable. It comes out over and over again during your visit. The knowlege she has regarding ones health and wellness is VAST. Thank you for caring!

I HIGHLY recommend contacting Dr. Shilpika. I first reached out to her in August 2025 because my PCOS symptoms were affecting my daily life and my OBGYN didn’t have solutions for me other than taking a bunch of prescriptions. Right away, Dr. Shilpika let me know that this would be fixable and I didn’t have to live with these symptoms forever (fatigue, headaches, cystic acne, irregular menstruation, bloating, cramping). We have worked through 3 phases of treatment. I have done some adjustments to my lifestyle and diet. I no longer have any of the symptoms I was dealing with and I feel healthier than I’ve ever felt. Do your future self a favor and book an initial consultation you will not regret it!

This was my first Ayurvedic cooking experience and it was a great way to learn more about it. Shilpika is a wonderful hostess and cook- the best green beans and beets I’ve ever had, among other equally delicious dishes. All around a great evening with amazing food, easy to understand cooking techniques and really great company!
