My husband and I first saw Dr. Joseph in July 2025. Our initial appointment went very well — the consultation, prescriptions, and supplement recommendations helped us both feel great. We paid $400 each for that first visit, and were told this covered both the consultation and the prescriptions. Unfortunately, everything after that point has been incredibly disappointing. Before our October follow-up appointments, I realized we never received our bloodwork referrals. When I called, the office insisted they had been sent and that I must have missed the email — even though I received every other message from UltaLabs. It was clear the referrals had simply never been done, and rather than owning the mistake, they blamed us. We had to delay our appointments while waiting for new labs, during which time my husband was without his medication for more than two weeks. Despite calls and emails alerting the Dr., the refill was never ordered. At our rescheduled follow-ups on 10/21, we were charged $304 each. On 11/4, I contacted the office again because our prescriptions still hadn’t been received — turns out no one had entered the order. The next day, I was charged an additional $228 and $375, bringing the total for our October follow-ups to $1,211. When I reached out for clarification, the staff (specifically Sloan) repeatedly apologized and said we were “misinformed” about costs at our first visit. I eventually received refunds for the $228 and $375, but then was charged another $263 on 11/5 for medications from our July visit. Through all of this, Dr. Joseph never once reached out to help resolve the situation or even acknowledge the ongoing confusion. The experience has left us feeling taken advantage of and deeply disappointed. What started as a promising experience turned into one of the most frustrating and disorganized medical experiences we’ve ever had.

I’ve been seeing this doctor for several years and always had a great experience in the past. Unfortunately, over the last six to eight months, the quality of care and communication has gone downhill. There’s been constant staff turnover, no follow-through, and I’m constantly having to call to track down prescriptions, confirm appointments, or ask if the doctor will call me back. It’s frustrating to feel like I’m managing my own care when it used to be so well-handled. I really hope things improve because it wasn’t always like this.

Dr. Joseph is AMAZING! He knows his field of medicine (and more). He listens, cares, and will set up the best individualized treatment plan. He literally changed my life by balancing my hormones. I've been a patient for years and see him every 11 weeks; I don't ever want to go back to what life felt like before Dr. Joseph's care. Kristen is also wonderful. Anything you need, she's on it! I'd give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend Dr. Joseph, and all he has to offer to patients. He's the best!
