I saw Heather she was wonderful , Im currently battling breast cancer and needed help with early stages of lymphedema and she was just simply amazing and showed me some exercises I can to do at home , I can't thank Heather and Joanie enough come to 3 D Wellness you won't be disappointed

I had a couple of mini-massages from Joani and Dani at some local running events and thought they were great. So, I finally booked a full massage with Dani at 3D Wellness, and it was fantastic. Not only did the massage help with major shoulder tension, but it also helped me recover and re-energize as I started running again after taking some time off. Also, I've found the tips they provided to minimize tension and improve my breathing performance to be very helpful. It's evident they are very knowledgeable and well versed in a range of modalities and techniques. We are fortunate to have massage therapists of this caliber right here in Toledo. I highly recommend.

I see Dani at 3d for massage therapy and she does an excellent job. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients and it shows in her work. I would especially recommend seeing her if you have sore/tight muscles from working out or from an old injury.
