Dr. Nancy is always such a wealth of information! She is an amazing listener and seeks to get to the root of the problem and find actionable steps to promote wellness. Her office space is serene and clean. I appreciate that her approach to promoting healing focuses on comprehensive testing followed by recommendations for diet and lifestyle factor solutions rather than "a pill for an ill." Highly recommend!

Dr. Nancy helped identify and created a plan for me to heal my microbiome which was the root cause of some physical issues I was having for a very, very long time! I feel better than I have in years! Dr. Nancy's expertise, thoughtfulness, and attention to my life choices centered around holistic health instead of traditional medicine aligned. On December 30, 2023, I fell while ice skating landing solely on my sacrum - no hands down. Through the three targeted laser treatments I received from Dr. Nancy - each around 20 minutes in duration - I was 100% within three-four weeks. I’ve been seeing Dr. Sturtz and Diane at Functional Medicine Plus for about a year. I had allot of headaches and I was so tired all the time, but since I’ve been going to Functional Medicine Plus my energy levels are improving and I’m getting less headaches. I use to be so tired but now I can actually feel my energy levels getting better and better. It’s not like a boost of energy, it’s like natural energy. I feel more energetic. I’m not tired all the time. Also, my headaches are so much better. I rarely get headaches anymore. I don’t know how to explain it but my overall body and mind feel alive. I am so glad I started going to Functional Medicine Plus.
