Jay's been my therapist for almost 3 years, and he's the best. He's very thoughtful, thinks well on his feet, and every week provides a viewpoint that gets me pondering my life in ways I wouldn't have otherwise, and hadn't for decades before we met. His views are evidence-based, but that doesn't include dismissing emotions, which he treats with care just as he does with ideas, and that's been very helpful personally.
