I arrived a few minutes early to my 3pm in person appointment with all my new patient documents filled out. After 45 minutes I was still waiting in the lobby to be seen. Not once did anyone inform me the doctor was running late or behind or apologize. Being there for back pain and sitting in a chair for 45 minutes, I was dying. I finally told the receptionist that it was taking too long and I would need to reschedule. The look on her face was priceless, I think she went into shock that I was leaving this coveted appointment with royalty that everyone is dying to get. By the way, she didn't apologize, she didn't show any concern nor did she ask if I'd wait a minute and see how much longer it would be. She just sat there with her mouth wide open. After inquiring about rescheduling, (I think she finally remembered to breathe) she told me someone would call me. 10 days later it was time for my rescheduled virtual appointment. Did I mention this doctor is based in Seattle and comes to the Clackamas location monthly. My appointment was at 4:20pm, they advised to be signed in at 4pm, which I did. I was online for over an hour and fifteen minutes, and no one, nothing, zero. I sent a few messages, no one responded. After the appointment I sent a text to the person that was texting me regarding appointments, and it showed it was read, but there was no response. I'm not sure if they did this as retaliation for walking out on my first appointment, or if they're just that incompetent or just unprofessional. I chose this place because of most of the positive reviews, the doctor sounds great, but sadly I can't confirm. If you want to be treated with disrespect, or you have all the time in the world, maybe give this place a chance. But, you have schedules and appreciate at a minimum, some customer service, stay away.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ryskin’s for three years. I first went to his clinic in Washington and then moved to Oregon. I was very pleased they were able to transfer me. I have always gotten excellent care. He’s the first doctor to suggest an RFA, Radio Frequency Ablation, and doing so gave me great relief and I was able to reduce the strength and frequency of pain medication.

How can I write a review? It was my first time there nothing's changed though. I have good faith in this doctor will treat me like a human being but that's based off of a one time visit. The ladies upfront were super cool I cannot give you a star one through five yet because we're barely any further than we were. Send me this review in two weeks after I do a follow up and I'll give you my honest opinion thank you. I see you got tricky with it. I cannot submit your review that you want without giving a star review if I go too low I risk screwing up possibly my relationship with you guys. If I go too high maybe you get congratulations for work that hasn't quite been done yet this is tricky. I could just skip this part altogether, but I have nothing going on at the moment when you sent this And I'm being honest.
