My experience with SleepTech has been very good. I have always gotten the help I need in a timely manner, especially having Connie there to guide me along. She is polite, friendly, and patient when I needed assistance on two different occasions where my mask and I were experiencing difficulties. I also want to show appreciation for the tech that helped me get fitted for the mask in the first place (I think her name was Catherine, not sure). Working with her was very good as well. She was informative, patient, and we had an enjoyable experience together.
