Was vacationing in London, hobbling around in a knee brace when we ran into friends from Portland. Out of the conversation came a recommendation to see Dr. Peterson before I signed up for knee replacement surgery. He was out for the summer, so I was booked to see Dr. Flores. He had encouraging things to say about what I could expect from PRP, so I took the $1K plunge. Regrettably, the procedure delivered no relief at all - pain and swelling were about the same 30 days later. While the care was professional, it would have been nice to hear some consolation for lack of positive outcome. I asked a lot of questions up front and did my own research on how to plan for success after the PRP treatment. The reality is, it's a total crap shoot as to why it works for some people and not for others. I would have appreciated some acknowledgement of the disappointing outcome but only got a recommendation for another type of injection at $1200. I could not see myself doubling down on my initial bet.

I can’t say enough good about this place. I was looking at years of injections, ablations and fusions for my SI joints and thought I would try PRP with Dr Manning. It worked! I only needed one procedure and I’m totally pain free. They are priced well and did not push me to have a second round.
